1. Roadway opens only during daylight hours and closed at dusk.

2. Roadway closed when wet. Please KEEP OFF!

3. Only residents 18 years and older may operate vehicles on roadway.

4. Drive with extreme caution and do not exceed 10 MPH.

5. Keep to the far right-of-center when negotiating corners.

6. Yield to uphill traffic and pedestrians.

7. Park only in designated area near the lake. Otherwise remain on the roadway.

8. Do not trespass on SWTC property.

9. No bicycles, all-terrain vehicles (that is, vehicles designed

exclusively or primarily for off-road use), skateboards, rollerblades, motorcycles, etc. For use by four wheel vehicles (other than all-terrain vehicles) only.

10. Please do not litter or leave trash.
