Co-Chairmen:
Kirk Slack and Sean Curry All permanent changes to the exterior appearance of a home must be reviewed and approved by the ACC with the exception of non-structural landscaping. Landscaping changes do not require request & approvals unless the changes would potentially conflict with the new deed restriction against obstructing neighbors views. These requests will be determined at the sole discretion of the ACC on a case by case basis.
