LCRA is Now the West Travis County Public Utility Agency!

On Monday, March 19, 2012 the West Travis County Public Utility Agency (WTCPUA) with its partner SevernTrent Environmental Systems, Inc. took control of the West Travis County Regional Water and Wastewater Systems, serving northern Hays and western Travis counties.

Their goal is to provide you with outstanding service at the lowest possible price. They have shed the managerial overhead charges in the LCRA system. It will take them several months to locate missing documents, fix ignored repairs and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies but look forward to providing you with responsive service as you are the owners of the system now.
